What we process and why
Dealer accounts: company name, VAT number, contact name, email, phone and address — to verify your business (VAT numbers are checked against official registers: VIES, HMRC, Brønnøysund), operate your account and assign wholesale pricing. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in selling B2B only.
Orders and invoicing: order history, delivery and billing details — to fulfil orders and meet bookkeeping obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (invoices are kept for the statutory retention period, in the Netherlands 7 years).
Payments: handled by our payment provider (Mollie); we never see or store full card details.
Email: transactional emails about your account and orders. Commercial newsletters are sent only to business contacts consistent with applicable e-marketing rules, and every message contains an unsubscribe link.
Recipients
We share data only with processors needed to run the shop: hosting, payment provider (Mollie), shipping carriers, e-mail/newsletter tooling and our bookkeeper — under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and removed or anonymised after closure, except data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by emailing the address on the Company details page. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
