Who we deliver to. We supply verified resellers in the EU, the United Kingdom and Norway. A minimum order value of $250 (or converted equivalent) applies.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our EU warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; local pickup can be selected where offered. For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Norway), import duties and VAT in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Payment
You can pay at checkout by card (processed by Mollie — we never see your card details) or by bank transfer / invoice where agreed. Prices exclude VAT. Intra-EU deliveries to businesses with a validated VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse-charge mechanism where the legal conditions are met; otherwise VAT is charged as required by law. You can pay in USD, EUR or SEK; the selected currency is shown throughout catalog, cart and checkout. A payment-provider fee may apply to some methods and is always shown before you place the order.
Problems with a delivery
Report transport damage, shortages or wrong deliveries within 8 days via your account contact or the address on the Company details page — include your order number and photos. See the Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
